About Nashville, MI - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

The Village of Nashville is a small community found in Barry County, Michigan. As of 2010, about 1,600 people resided here. Nashville was officially incorporated as a village in 1869, and in 1920, the community was used as a half-way point between the Grand Rapids and Jackson Railroad terminals. Nashville is conveniently located about 22 miles north of Battle Creek, 35 miles southwest of Lansing, and 52 miles southeast of Grand Rapids.

While Nashville is small in population, it is big when it comes to interesting things to see and do. Families will enjoy a tour of Moo-Ville, a local family farm that provides demonstrations on how to turn farm-fresh milk into dairy products. During the autumn months, children can pick their own pumpkins and enjoy a wagon ride.

There are also several unique shopping destinations in the community, the most popular of which is 66 Unique Antiques. This store offers over 9,000 square feet of collectibles and has been named one of the top antique shops in the state.

Found within a humid continental climate area, Nashville weather features four distinct – and sometimes extreme – seasons. The summer offers warm, humid conditions, and average daily highs reach the 80s in July and August. Central air conditioning is the most popular way to cool local homes, as these systems keep indoor conditions comfortable without the safety and cost concerns associated with window A/C units.

Nashville residents need to trust that their home heating system will keep their indoor climate consistent throughout the year. With cold, snowy winter weather and the chance for lake effect snowstorms, it is especially important that locals have a way to stay safe at home. Average daily highs only reach the low-30s and approximately 75 inches of snow falls each year, so a reliable gas or electric furnace is a necessity.
